Gender Gap(s): It’s More Than One Thing

The gender gap is more than representation. To advocate for yourself or the women in your world- it’s imperative to understand multiple ways women are being treated differently. Being treated differently affects opportunities. Missing out on opportunities means your transforming influence is unable to make its intended mark.

Join Dawn to learn what currently makes up the gender gaps of pay, leadership identity, authority, power and success. Then commit to operate as a gender equality leader and help all of us as humans to use our gifts fully and freely.

How can we recognize a person who is excellent at Process Consulting? The quick response is:

    • Listening to the client rather than telling them what to do
    • Helping the client rather than doing so the client doesn’t have to take responsibility
    • Learning beside the client rather than regurgitating information that is already accessible

Listening, Helping and Learning break down into twelve core competencies identified by the Standards and Ethics Committee of the Society for Process Consulting.

Professional Process Consultants cultivate these core competencies as they serve their clients. Even more,  the understanding and intentional cultivation of these twelve competencies distinguish a person as having completed advanced training and status in the Process Consulting profession.

Anyone who wishes to have a consulting vocation marked by the craft of Process Consultation benefits from this career-transforming curriculum. Anyone who wishes to have better relationships with the consultants with whom they must work will find this well worth their investment. (Side note: registration includes one free year of Society membership! Read more about benefits of membership here.
