Developing Self-Awareness as a Consultant

Understanding how you show up in the world is a life skill - and an integral element of process consulting.

November 10th @ 12pm CT

Self-awareness is key to leadership, relationships, and consulting. Join us as we dive into the psychometric assessments we recommend as tools for deepening your self-knowledge and ability to serve your clients fully and well!

Phil Bergey, PhD, PCC, EPC will focus this presentation on two assessments he uses regularly: Taylor Protocols Core Values Index and the Integrative Enneagram iEQ9.

  • Psychometric assessments are fascinating - and literally help you become a better process consultant. Phil will help you understand how you can leverage assessments in a way that increases your efficacy as you walk alongside your clients.
  • The Core Values Index by Taylor Protocols is a matrix that plots a person’s preferences in four quadrants based on a practical to creative X axis and a cognitive to intuitive Y axis.
  • The iEQ9 by Integrative Enneagram is the most precise enneagram assessment available - it uses dynamic sorting from a pool of over a  thousand questions to accurately narrow down not only a person’s enneagram type, but also their subtype.
  • Understanding your core motivations can help you become more confident and impactful in both your personal and professional life.

Come with your questions and challenges.
